John Rolleston – Chairman
LLB
John is the co-founder and manager of South Pacific Sera, a highly successful group of companies which manufactures and exports animal blood products to major pharmaceutical companies around the globe. He has vast experience in contract negotiation, outstanding interpersonal skills and superb analytical abilities.
John has significant governance experience and continues to serve on a number of Boards including TracMap Holdings Limited, DC Turnbull & Co Limited, Aeronavics Limited and is the current Chairman of Waihi School.
Grant Jarrold – Director
BCom, CA
A Partner in Deloitte Christchurch, Grant is heavily involved with the provision of advisory services to SME’s throughout Canterbury and the wider South Island. He boasts nearly three decades’ worth of financial control, accounting and audit expertise, as well as significant Board Advisory and Governance experience.
Grant also has a strong interest in the business of sport. He is the current Chairman of the Board of the Crusaders, and is a current Director (and past Chairman) of the Canterbury Rugby Football Union.
Garry Haskett – Director
MBA
Garry is an accomplished entrepreneur and Investor. He currently holds investment interests in several KFC outlets, and was once awarded the title of ‘Franchisee of the South Pacific Region’. Garry is an experienced Director and continues to serve on the Board of a number of companies including Xyletec Developments Limited, Salmon Holdings Limited and Parkview North Limited.
He is an active Rotarian and heavily involved in the community.
